How to Find Your Google Review Link

Your Google review link takes a customer straight to the leave-a-review box for your business. No searching, no scrolling through Maps, just stars and a text box. Google gives one to every verified Business Profile, and it takes about a minute to find. Here's where it lives on a computer and on your phone.

What it looks like

A short g.page address ending in /review. Anyone who opens it lands on your review box with the stars ready to tap.

On a computer

  1. Sign in to the Google account that manages your Business Profile, then search for your business name on Google. Your profile management panel appears right in the results. (You can also go to business.google.com and pick your business.)
  2. Click Ask for reviews. Depending on the layout you might see it as a card called Get more reviews.
  3. Google shows your short review link. Click Copy. That's it, this is the link you'll use everywhere.

On your phone

  1. Open the Google Maps app, signed in with the account that manages your business. Business Profiles are managed inside Maps now, so there's no separate app to install.
  2. Tap your profile picture in the top corner, then tap your business profile.
  3. Look for Ask for reviews or the share option on the reviews card. Tap it and copy the link from the share sheet.

Save the link somewhere you can grab it fast: notes app, a saved text, wherever you'll actually find it after a job.

If you can't find it

You're signed into the wrong Google account

The Ask for reviews button only shows for the account that manages the Business Profile. If you set up your listing years ago with a different email, sign in with that one.

Your profile isn't verified yet

Unverified profiles don't get a review link. Claim and verify your business at business.google.com first. Verification is usually a video, a phone call, or a postcard, and it's worth doing regardless: verified profiles rank better in Maps.

You manage more than one location

Every location has its own review link. Pick the location first, then copy its link. Don't send one location's link to another location's customers, the reviews land on the wrong listing.
